Dancing Argentine Tango at Stoke Prior

Wherever you currently dance Argentine Tango, do come and join us at our next practica or milonga. We aim to offer a warm welcome, a nice venue and great music.

Stoke Prior Village Hall is conveniently located between Bromsgrove and Droitwich, just a few minutes drive from M5 J5. We have a lovely and spacious dance floor and as the venue is unlicensed, you are welcome to bring your own wine or other refreshments to any of our events.

Expect dancing mostly in the Tango de Salon style, with music played in traditional tandas with cortinas. Most of the music will be from the leading orchestras of the Golden Age, with the balance being an eclectic mix of more recent orchestras, neo-tango and alternative tango - something for everyone, but always chosen for dancing.

• Refreshments: We provide complimentary tea/coffee, soft drinks and nibbles, but please feel free to bring wine or other refreshments too.

Stoke Prior is just half a mile from the A38, between Bromsgrove and Droitwich, near M5 J5. Turn off the A38 at traffic lights at Hanbury Turn onto B4091. The Village Hall is half a mile on the right. The entrance is just past the sign marking the start of Stoke Prior village on a left-hand bend in the road and it's a sharp right turn through the gates into the hall's car park. Look out for the flagpole!
